Psychotherapy (Canada)
Individual psychotherapy sessions for adult clients (18+) residing in Ontario, Canada.
Compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapy rooted in cultural humility, relational depth, and systemic awareness. I work extensively with queer and trans clients, racialised and neurodivergent individuals, immigrants, and those seeking support around identity, life transitions, trauma, family dynamics, and burnout.
Consultation
Peer to peer clinical consultations:
For experienced psychotherapists, social workers, and other clinicians seeking case consultations
Bring your clinical questions, stuck points, or ethical tensions into a collaborative, anti-oppressive space. Consultations are grounded in trauma-informed, intersectional, and culturally responsive perspectives. Topics may include working with complex trauma, gender and sexual diversity, racialized and immigrant experiences, systemic harm, and therapist identity. Available as one-time or recurring consultations.
Organisational consultations:
I also offer organisational consultations for teams, leaders, and mental health programs seeking intentional approaches to workplace well-being. These sessions support building psychologically safer environments through trauma-informed practices, equity and inclusion (DEI) frameworks, and a nuanced understanding of mental health and cultural safety in diverse teams.
Clinical Supervision (Psychotherapy)
Supportive, attuned supervision tailored to your developmental goals and clinical contexts. These sessions offer space for both skills-based reflection and personal integration. Modalities include relational, psychodynamic, narrative, and somatic approaches. Supervision may focus on identity, transference/countertransference, cultural safety, or navigating systemic barriers within practice.
Psychotherapy (India)
Individual psychotherapy sessions for adult clients based in South Asian countries: India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan.
These 60-minute sessions offer compassionate, culturally responsive care for those navigating family pressures, patriarchy, casteism/ casteism, social/ class location and barriers, trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and emotional distress. I'm a psychologist (M.A. Psych, PGD - DMT) from India, and am well aware of the family, social, political and systemic pressures South Asian clients can face. I work affirmatively with deep nuance to empower and support students & professionals, gender minorities including queer and trans clients, and individuals of all ages facing stigma, systemic harm, or intergenerational dynamics that impact mental health, with attention to both internal healing and external realities. You matter, and you are not alone.
